
Joseph Mosley serves as a Technical Assistance provider for the national Center to Improve Social & Emotional Learning and School Safety.
Joseph Mosley is a Program Coordinator with WestEd, providing research and project management support for various projects, including a $7.5M National Institute of Justice school safety grant for the Atlanta Public Schools. Joseph also serves as a project manager for the Special Education Policy & Programs, managing the special education review process to help improve outcomes for children and youth with disabilities.
Prior to joining WestEd in 2018, Mosley served as a Research and Evaluation Associate with the Fort Worth Independent School District (FWISD) where his research work focused on improving the quality of education for both homeless and Limited English Proficiency students in FWISD. He also served as a project manager for Title I, A and Title I, C, as well as Texas Title I Priority Schools Program.
Mosley holds a BS in communications from the University of Texas at Austin and a master of liberal arts degree from Harvard University. He also holds graduate certificates in Business and Leadership Development for educational and nonprofit organizations.
Joseph is a recipient of the Ed Myers Award for Exceptional Contribution to the WestEd Community.
