School Leader Self-Reflection Tool: Reflecting on the Integration of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) at the School Level

Leaders hold great responsibility in the development of the culture and climate of a school, as well as the integration of social-emotional learning at the school level. This tool is intended to help leaders reflect on the ways they are/are not facilitating that integration through both their individual actions and the systems and structures they work to create and uphold.
This tool is intended to be used in conjunction with Transforming Education’s SEL Integration Approach.
