LA Nix

LA Nix
LA Nix

Lorac A. (LA) Nix serves as Project Coordinator for the national Center to Improve Social & Emotional Learning and School Safety.

Nix is also a Program Assistant in WestEd’s Learning Innovations program. She served as Project Administrative Support on the Mid-Atlantic Comprehensive Center, which provided technical assistance to state education agencies serving Delaware, the District of Columbia (DC), Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Nix is based in Washington DC.

Nix has extensive experience in supporting projects from conception to close, managing budgets, coordinating office logistics, and coordinating meetings and events. She consistently takes initiative to solve problems and improve operations. Nix has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.
