From 2018 to 2023, the Center to Improve Social and Emotional Learning facilitated four peer-to-peer collaborative opportunities for SEAs and LEAs to work on a shared problem of practice relevant to the broader field. This work yielded co-designed and participant-tested tools and resources that were disseminated broadly to contribute to the fields of education, school safety, and child- and youth development. Though operated by the same team, these collaboratives are part of our fee-for-service work, and are not part of the Center to Improve Social and Emotional Learning and School Safety, nor are they endorsed by the U.S. Department of Education. The Conditions for Learning Peer Collaboratives can be found on the service page on WestEd’s website.
