America’s School Mental Health Report Card

Bill Smith & Sharon Hoover; Hopeful Futures Campaign

  • View this resource

Inseparable and 16 other organizations joined to form the Hopeful Futures Campaign. They’ve assembled a first-ever national report card that scores every state on policies that support school mental health.

The report scores states based on eight criteria: school mental health professionals, school-family-community partnerships, teacher and staff training, funding supports, well-being checks, healthy school climate, skills for life success, and mental health education.

Recommendations for improvement are included.
