This resource contains a toolkit for instructional coaches, administrators, and district leaders to support teachers and other instructional staff in integrating SEL into their daily instructional practices through planning, observations, feedback and action planning. While this toolkit is meant for only formative purposes, it can provide a framework and tools for use in SEL classroom observation coaching activities and to support other professional learning activities. It provides, tools, worksheets, rubrics, models, debriefs, and reflection prompts to guide SEL coaching.
